The last time i lived on my own was 2,5 years ago. It was in a boarding room. 1,5 million for a 3×3m room with bathroom inside. I almost never left my room, except for bought water 
This year I brought my sister living with me, so can’t stay at boarding house/room. My ex found this apartment was perfect. Yes, It was. The owner is a female trapped in man body! Looks great outside but broken inside, after almost 3 month I found same thing with his apartment. Broken every where! I had to fix 1 by 1, some part made me lost a lot money which he already put on to the leasing agreement, under 500K, I should pay my self, I thought this place was perfect! Sigh….
