Today, I went to my friend’s flat which he willing to sell. I was excited to take over it, He offering for 120M, I thought It was a cheap for a 1 studio room (open space), especially in Jakarta city. I wanted to go to the bank ASAP for mortgage because I really need a place next month.
For that price, I don’t have to worry about monthly payment, cheap, around 1,3Million. Better than I pay a boarding room which is maybe more expensive. Also, I’ve been checking around, there’s no boarding room accept a kid under 13 y.o for some reason, Damn! it pain in the ass…
I disappointed when I saw inside the flat, It wasn’t what I imagine. too small, too short, and just like a birdcage!! What the……!!!
I don’t want to continue renting my recently apartment, its too expensive. Made me upset to HIM who had influence in me for taking this place, not because I didn’t like it, this place is fantastic, I enjoy but for a single and jobless person it just doesn’t fit.
I wish I never broken the contract with the other place, cheaper and bigger, 4,5M per month with 2 bedroom. I probably can renting the other room for this situation, also probably can continue for a few months. Anyway, there’s always way to solve any problem
